0 Prepare the cabbages, red onion, cilantro, and mint. 1 Transfer the ingredients to a large bowl along with the chopped peanuts. 2 Cut the carrot and cucumber into matchsticks, approximately 2 ½ - 3 inches long and sliced thin.
