Baked Carrots (Zippy Carrots with Horseradish)

-1 Preheat the oven to 350F. -1 Slice the carrots into circles, about 1/8 inch thick. Add to a large bowl. -1 Add the mayonnaise, horseradish, roasted garlic, salt, and pepper to the bowl. -1 Stir the carrots and the ingredients together, until everything is evenly coated. -1 Transfer to an 8x8 baking dish and spread evenly. -1 Cover with the bread crumbs. -1 Bake for 30 – 35 minutes until carrots are soft and golden brown. -1 Increase the heat to 400F and roast for 10-20 minutes until golden -1 Serve immediately!View original recipe
