This grilled chicken gyro recipe is so easy to make and meal prep. It's fresh, well-rounded and healthy.

0 Make the chicken according to the recipe instructions. 1 While the chicken is marinating you can prep the rest of your ingredients (cook the fries; chop tomatoes and onions; thinly slice lettuce). 2 When the fries are done cooking, toss with a drizzle of olive oil and big pinches of garlic powder, salt, pepper and dried oregano. Set aside. 3 Cook the chicken according to chicken skewer recipe. 4 When all ingredients are prepped, assemble the gyros. Use the pitas fresh to toast briefly in a pan with a bit of butter or olive oil. Then fill the pitas with: tzatziki, fries, chicken, lettuce, onions, tomatoes and feta cheese.
