Instructions 1 Clean and remove the ends of the green onion sprigs, and set aside. 2 Place a pan over medium-high heat and add the prepared green onion. 3 Cook until the green onion is roasted on all sides. About 5 – 10 minutes. 4 Remove the green onions from heat and allow to cool on a cutting board. 5 Once cooled, finely chop the green onion and add to a medium-sized bowl. 6 Add the softened butter and spices, and mix well until combined. 7 Transfer the butter onto a sheet of parchment paper and roll into a log. 8 Freeze or refrigerate until ready to use!
