-1 Rinse + drain the chickpeas and add them to the food processor. -1 Add the tahini, garlic cloves, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, cracked black pepper, cumin, red chili flakes, and olive oil to the food processor. -1 Blend on high until almost completely smooth. -1 Scrape the sides down in-between blending. -1 While blending, slowly stream in the cold water until completely smooth. Adjust the seasoning to taste. -1 Transfer the hummus to a serving dish and use a spoon to spread around evenly- making a small well in the center. -1 Stream extra olive oil on top and into the well, and sprinkle the top with fresh parsley! -1 Serve with prepared fresh veggies and toasted pita bread!
