This chickpea dessert is everything you never thought of using chickpeas for. This is a healthier alternative to a traditional chocolate sauce made with chickpeas.

-1 Remove the skins from your chickpeas. This is quite simple but tedious, so this is completely optional but it really makes a difference. Simply pinch the chickpeas and voila, the skin peels off! -1 Transfer chickpeas to a food processor and all your ingredients apart from your water and peanut butter. -1 Process till smooth, around 1-2 minutes. You may have to scrape down the sides of the processor to ensure everything is well blended. -1 When everything is smooth add your peanut butter and slowly add in your water while blending. Blend for around 20-30 seconds. -1 Transfer to a bowl and chill in the fridge before serving!View original recipe
