½ tbspolive oil

½medium-sized sweet white onionfinely chopped

1 ½ cloveof garlicpressed

¼ tspsea salt

⅕ tspcracked pepper

½ tbsp.dried oregano

½ tspdried dill

dash of paprika

dash of red pepper chili

½ cupcherry tomatoeswhole

¼ cupartichoke heartshalved

⅕- ¼ cupolivesvariety, pitted

1 tbsp.nutritional yeast

1 ½ tbsp.vegan feta

a handful of fresh oregano and thymeroughly chopped

200 gpasta of choice

2-3 cupwater begin with 4 cups and slowly add up to 6 cups
