This easy, delicious Asian-inspired broccoli salad recipe is great for a healthy lunch, picnic, or BBQ.

For the dressing:
Wash and cut the broccoli into small pieces.
Steam or blanch the broccoli until al dente. Set aside and allow to cool completely.
In a large bowl, add the grated carrot, apple, spinach, sunflower seeds, and cooled broccoli.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, fresh orange juice, lemon juice, tamari, maple syrup, miso, salt, and pepper, and adjust seasoning to taste.
Dress, mix, and enjoy this healthy and bright summer salad!!
