Preheat the oven according to package directions. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Cook pizza for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and cut pizza in half, then into approximately 1/2 inch strips. Separate the strips of pizza and put onto the parchment lined baking sheet. Put back in the oven and continue baking until crisp, about 7-10 more minutes. Remove from oven when desired crispness is met.
For the warm cheese dip
While the pizza is cooking, make the warm cheese dip. In a frying pan, heat butter until melted. Add in flour and grated garlic, stir to combine, until flour is fully absorbed into the butter.
Stir in all of the spices until combined: dried thyme, dried oregano, ground pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and salt.
Whisk in the milk and cream cheese; whisking until smooth.
Stir in the two shredded cheeses, stirring until smooth. Stir in fresh basil. Taste and adjust seasoning if desired with more salt and pepper.
Turn off the heat and keep the sauce warm by placing a lid on the frying pan until the pizza sticks are ready. Once ready, whisk the cheese dip over low heat for about a minute and then pour into a serving bowl.
Garnish with more basil and chili flakes if desired and then dip with pizza sticks!
