Greek Salad Dressing

This super simple Greek Salad Dressing is creamy, vegan-friendly, and so versatile. Use it on your Greek salad, or your fav cooked veggies.

2 servings

2 cup fresh high quality olive oil

2 tbsp. dried oregano or 1 large handful fresh oregano finely chopped

2 tsp sea salt

1 tsp black pepper

Juice of 1-2 medium-sized lemons around 1/4-1/2 cup

2 tbsp. red wine vinegar

6 small garlic cloves pressed

To a medium-sized mason jar add all the ingredients and shake till well combined.
Use immediately and store it in the fridge for at least 10 days.
